Unique opportunity for a savvy Account Executive to join our team of Changemakers.  If you’re looking to take your career to the next level, this is the position you’ve been waiting for.  In this high visibility role, your primary responsibilities are strategy development, relationship management and growth.  Using your proven track record of developing marketing strategies, you will manage and nurture an assigned list of current client accounts.  You will also be highly focused on creating value with your clients by leveraging industry insights, introducing clients to new mediums and technologies, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in modern marketing.  Day-to-day oversight of all account related activities is expected by providing direction to an assigned Project Coordinator for all aspects of production scheduling.

  • Serve as the lead client contact within the agency, working with the client to determine appropriate goals and objectives for each project
  • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth on assigned accounts
  • Develop account plans for assigned accounts and implement resulting account strategy
  • Make actionable, insightful and strategic recommendations to clients for new services that can be offered
  • Maintain thorough understanding of the clients’ marketplace, their important customers, and their main competitors, conducting secondary research as needed
  • Create integrated communication strategies and campaign concepts and provide direction on strategic messaging, media planning and production for traditional, digital and social media activities
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to the Project Coordinator assigned to the same accounts, to ensure that all projects are scheduled, maintained and launched on time
  • Participate in the RFI/RFP process for existing clients
  • Develop and present contracts/addition requests to the client as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in account management/development with a marketing, advertising and/or web design/development firm.  Digital experience is a big plus.

  • Balanced strategic/tactical thinker
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and creatively, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software a plus
  • Previous sales experience, either within a hunter or farmer role is a big plus
