Position Summary:
As a Digital Product Specialist, you will be part of a team that champions and manages the digital product roadmap for a suite of complex customer facing digital properties. You will represent the interests of our customers both internally and externally to support desired feature functionality as well as the improvements needed to various digital properties.

  • Assist Product team with Business Requirements gathering process and product roadmap planning.
  • Proactively manage the entire feature life cycle from strategic planning, product release and iterative changes to the suite of digital products.
  • Work closely with Digital team members to outline and build features and concepts.
  • Collaborate with the design team in conducting user research, validating product requirements, defining workflows, and UX design.
  • Identify our customers' needs and opportunities by collaborating with Digital team members to understand quantitative and qualitative supporting data and offer input for improvements.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide input to new features and requirements.
  • Document customer requirements, identify functional requirement specifications and translate these into feature specifications or improvements.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide support for escalation management, balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Is able to incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap, while effectively negotiating tradeoffs and resolve any conflicting priorities based on value to the business and customer.
  • Work across a matrix of stakeholders to ensure alignment. Is able to communicate effectively both horizontally and vertically within the organization.
  • Manage and prioritize digital project backlog within workflow management systems.
  • Coordinate with development teams on iterative release cycles and participate in Sprint planning sessions.
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance and User Acceptance testing and coordination with Business Teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or similar. MBA is a plus
  • 2+ years of digital product management experience within Web Technology or Marketing applications, SAP hybris experience a plus
  • Experience formulating MVPs and growth plans for new, innovative products based on emerging, promising technologies
  • Entrepreneurial business acumen and strategic thinker
  • Excellent problem solver and proven record of delivering a positive business impact
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products/features with large adoption
  • Comfortable working with large, disparate data sets and web technologies
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products/features
  • Past experience in analytics, digital marketing technologies, ecommerce is a strong plus
