Display Media Manager
 
Award winning digital marketing agency has an immediate need for an experienced Display Media Manager. The Display Media Manager is responsible for the success of developing and implementing Display strategies for multiple clients. 
 
As part of the growing Multi-Channel Department, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for building relationships and leading strategy and analysis discussions with clients as well as sharing their knowledge and expertise internally with growing marketers at different parts of their professional careers.  This is a client facing role that requires presentation development, account management skills and attention to detail.
 
This role additionally supports all aspects of paid campaigns, from strategy development, implementation, optimization, to reporting and analysis. This candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce Display campaigns in excess of $25k per month in an agency setting or in-house.  Most importantly, we need a positive personality willing to contribute in a team setting and have the drive to learn and grow with the agency.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of industry tools & technologies (ad servers, DSPs & UIs, Google & YouTube, Tag Management) 
  • Optimize Performance Display strategies (eg Remarketing, Prospecting, Audience Modeling & 1st & 3rd Party Data) 
  • Proficient in Campaign Management and spending large monthly budgets while hitting pre-determined targets in cost per action, ROI
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution, algorithmic models and marketing analytics
  • Understanding of customers, buying behaviors, segmentation and profiling
  • Responsible for overall management and growth of the Display Media program including managing publisher and vendor relationships 
  • Monitor and research industry trends related to direct response marketing to continually improve knowledge and skills, and communicate new ideas and trends. 
     

 
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years Display Media/Trafficking experience in an agency setting
  • Extensive Google Analytics experience; ability to quickly learn and integrate new features/functions
  • Basic to intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills are a plus
  • Experience working with Basecamp and Google Drive (Sheets, Docs) are a plus
  • History of managing large e-commerce campaigns
