A leading digital marketing automation and analytics company, is looking for a talented Technical Integration Engineer to join our team in our Philadelphia office. 
As a Technical Integration Engineer, you are the primary technical point of contact for our customers during the implementation and maintenance of our platform on mobile and desktop web. You will manage the technical implementation and integration efforts with our customers' engineering teams.
Your goal is to advise and support our customers on all technical integration efforts through sharing best practices and providing guidance, troubleshooting, debugging, and technical support. As needed, you will work closely with senior engineers to help resolve identified product issues for customers.
You will be looked to as an expert in our platform integration, identifying and developing creative technical solutions to meet clients’ marketing goals. This includes the opportunity to provide input on scoping, design, and execution of custom solutions alongside clients and internal groups.

*Serve as subject matter expert for our platform
*Provide technical guidance and support to customers on the implementation of the platform into web browsers, iOS, and Android mobile operating systems.
*Understand customer environments and identify optimum system architecture
*Drive the technical implementation process in both on-site and remote meetings
*Create, execute, and manage implementation and testing plans/checklists
*Inspect server logs to help diagnose and resolve customer implementation issues
*Investigate and extract data structure for analysis (mySQL, Redshift)
*Work closely with engineering to debug and improve our javascript, iOS, Android and Unity SDKs
*Write technical best practice documentation

*3-5 years of experience working in a client-facing technology role
*Platform feature set (in-app mobile messaging, web and mobile push notifications, rich messaging, A/B testing)
*Proficient in mobile technology (iOS, Android), and strives to keep up with the latest mobile OS features.
*Experience in mobile application development (iOS, Android), javascript, and HTML/CSS
*Familiarity using REST API Clients e.g. Postman, Curl - is highly desirable.
*Experience using scripting languages e.g. Ruby, PHP, Python etc - is highly desirable 
*Experience using backend systems and databases (SQL databases - required, prior Elastic Search experience optional)
*SQL scripting skills e.g. select queries using joins etc - highly desirable
