Our client is part of a global company that seeks to improve your quality of living through our building products. We are currently building out our data driven marketing team to include a key member that will bring their SEO and analytical knowledge to help level up our digital skills. What you will be doing: Drive qualified audience growth across all North American digital properties. How you will you get it done: Develop and deploy global SEO strategy, monitor and optimize the program, develop and discuss analytical insights, evolve practice through empirical insights.

  • Create the SEO strategy, identify growth areas and execute SEO program for various internal groups and their portfolio of products.
  • Develop testing strategy for new tactics to improve macro and micro objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as page ranking, content efficiency, site traffic trends, conversion optimization for our client while providing actionable insights and advancing opportunities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop link building programs
  • As the resident SEO subject matter expert you will be responsible for communicating opportunities and risks across all parts of the organization
  • Develop and implement tagging strategy (GA, GTM or other analytics platform) including xml sitemap optimization, while troubleshooting to ensure proper site indexing
  • Develop and document analytics guidelines, standards, dashboards, and reporting
  • Create funnel analysis across entry points to provide optimization recomendations
  • Provide adhoc reporting to various teams to support business goals
  • Monitor competitor performance and provide recommendations to ensure client properties defend and grow market share.

The successful candidate must be able to work well in a matrixed organization with multiple internal customers with varying degrees of knowledge/expertise. Will use this role to educate our businesses on SEO best practices while provide analytical insights on how to improve their online presence.

  • 2-3 years of SEO experience, preferably with an enterprise site presence
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a quantitative disciple such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to pull, analyze and draw conclusions from data which is then followed by taking appropriate actions
  • Expert knowledge in site analytics tools (GA, Omniture, Site Catalyst, ETC)
  • Hacker instinct: constantly focused on the most optimum way of testing ideas and proving hypotheses
  • Results driven with strong business acumen
  • Strong provable knowledge of SEO management tools (Conductor, BrightEdge, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience with technical site audits and the overall implementation of analytics, and SEO best practices, on a wide range of digital experiences
  • Experience conveying user behavioral trends through multiple data sources
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills—the ability to collaborate with others as well as the confidence and skill to communicate ideas independently
