As a developer, you will have an opportunity to be involved in multiple projects from the ideation and strategy phase all the way through launch and have a say in not just what we build, but how we build. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall technical direction and project workflow through research and development of new tools and technologies.
You will work with some of the brightest project managers, designers, and developers in the business to define, plan, build, and deliver exceptional websites and applications.
You have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of web development and the underlying technologies of the web and can easily pick up the technologies we’re working with now and will be working with in the future.

  • Build, and launch exceptional websites and apps
  • Technical decision making during the Discovery and Planning phases
  • Critically review and provide input on wireframes, requirements documents and UI comps
  • Participate in project scrum standup, planning and retrospective meetings
  • Research and develop new tools and technologies


  • Experience with Pantheon is a plus but it’s so easy you’ll pick it up quickly if not
  • Experience coding standards compliant HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Experience with SCSS
  • Digital agency experience
  • Experience with Gulp and WebPack
  • Experience with other CMS including Wordpress or Craft
  • Experience with Ecommerce systems including Shopify and Magento
  • Familiarity with at least one Front End JavaScript application framework such as Angular or React
  • Experience with multilingual localization

  • 2+ years professional web development experience
  • Experience with Drupal 7 and Preferably 8 with an emphasis on site building including:
  • Module selection, installation and configuration
  • Content type creation
  • Views configuration
  • Custom module development
  • Custom theme development
  • Knowledge of Drupal best practices related to Security, Performance, SEO, and Accessibility
  • Experience with Git
