We are seeking a Tech Support Analyst to join our team! You will act as primary interface to the computing services customers that are supported by the information technology and resources department to effect real time problem analysis and resolution.
Essential Functions:

  • Work directly with clients to provide services and resolve computing problems
  • Resolve problems timely and eliminate downtime
  • Provide technical leadership and training for business super users
  • Provide application level support for key line of business applications
  • Handle problem resolution for computer technical issues within the company
  • Categorize requests to determine method of resolution
  • Perform level I system administration functions
  • Analyze hardware/software solutions remotely and/or determine proper level of maintenance required

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows desktop environment
  • A minimum of 3 years in computer technology or computer services.
  • Scripting Language (Javascript or Ruby) is preferred
  • Exposure to AWS is preferred
